We do not provide clinical or CQC-registered care. Our service is housing-related support.

We accept referrals from local authorities, housing providers, probation teams, social workers, NHS, and voluntary services.

Frequently Asked Questions

We accept adults aged 18+ with low to medium support needs. This includes individuals with mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use, and people transitioning from more intensive services. All applicants must be eligible for Housing Benefit and willing to engage in support.


We can provide you with historical data on property values in the area, as well as current market trends and forecasts to help you make an informed decision about whether a property is a good investment.


Our support includes housing-related help like budgeting, tenancy management, mental health and wellbeing support, referrals to external services, life skills development, and preparation for independent living.


We provide furnished, self-contained studio rooms within shared houses. Residents share common areas such as kitchens and lounges, creating a community environment with individual privacy. 


Others are step-down properties with support available during core hours (typically 9am–5pm), moving toward independent living. All residents have access to our 24-hour emergency on-call support line for urgent matters outside support hours. Some homes offer 24/7 staff for residents who need a higher level of support. 


Yes. Residents sign a license agreement. We provide a clear induction and rights/responsibilities are fully explained before moving in.


Length of stay is based on individual progress and support needs. Our aim is to help residents stabilise and move on to fully independent accommodation when they’re ready.


Professionals submit a referral form along with relevant documents (risk assessment, support plan, ID, etc.). We’ll assess eligibility and arrange a meeting with the prospective resident to discuss the placement.


We consider individuals on a case-by-case basis, depending on risk level, history, and suitability for shared living. Our focus is on safety and stability for all residents.


The rent is usually covered by Housing Benefit. Residents may be responsible for personal expenses such as food, travel, and personal items. No top-up fees are charged without prior agreement.


Residents must be in recovery and committed to maintaining a safe, stable environment. Support is provided to help maintain sobriety, but active substance misuse is not tolerated on-site.


Each resident has a dedicated support worker and a tailored support plan. We hold regular check-ins and review goals to track progress toward independence.


We currently operate in London, Manchester and Liverpool. We are expanding across nearby boroughs — please contact us to check availability.


No. We do not provide personal care. Our service is classed as non-CQC housing-related support, focusing on tenancy sustainment and independence building.


Yes. We provide a 24-hour emergency on-call support line to all residents, ensuring they can reach trained staff any time in case of urgent need or crisis.
