We accept adults aged 18+ with low to medium support needs. This includes individuals with mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use, and people transitioning from more intensive services. All applicants must be eligible for Housing Benefit and willing to engage in support.

Professionals submit a referral form along with relevant documents (risk assessment, support plan, ID, etc.). We’ll assess eligibility and arrange a meeting with the prospective resident to discuss the placement.
